Lets listen to the trees.

  • NB: I wrote this a while ago while staring out a window, not sure if it makes any sense

    Lets listen to the trees

    I sit here quietly
    Listening away
To stories from such long past days,
    Whispered through the trees
    Told with glee
    You can listen too…
    Just sit and breath.

    You see,
    To loud can we be…
    People of machines
    Missing out on so much
    Allowing time to rush…
And this miraculous world to pass.

    But this can change
    A choice can be made
To look with awe and reflect…
    Marvel and be.

You can make it with me,
    I promise its easy,
    Lets sit together…
Lets just listen to the trees.
