    The Question Dilemma – Story

In this world there are questions
    So, so many questions
    They are countless,
    Go on forever
Like… Why is the sky blue?
    Why do flowers smell nice?
What makes puddles fun to splash in?!

    They just keep going,
    As you can see,
I am sure you have your own…
    I know I do

    But this story,
Well, its about a very specific question
    A question from a girl named Bridget…
Who thought a thought so big,
That if it didn’t get answered
It would cover up all other questions!

Can you imagine a world where questions couldn’t get answered?
    Like…
    Can I have a drink?
    When is the bus coming?
Imagine a world without those questions
    OH NO! Its a disaster!!

So it all began on a normal day
    A regular day
    … You know
It was kind of like today!

When Bridget began to think…the question…
    The – one – single – question…
    Are you ready…
Don’t think on it to much…
You know how dangerous this is.

Why did Tyrannosaurus Rex have small arms?

This question drove Bridget into a thought bubble
You know… like in those cartoons…
There had to be an answer
And Bridget… She had to find it!

    But it was hard…
    SO HARD!
Because Bridget could only think of the problems
    That small arms would make

How would you clap your hands?

How would you scratch your face?

How would you bake a cake?

How would you push a swing?

And the more Bridget tried to figure it out
    The more confused she got
“There is just no reason at all” She said, in a big huff,
For a Tyrannosaurus Rex to have small arms!”

But then she had an idea.
    One to solve the question.
    “I will ask some friends…
    And perhaps they can help!”

    As all of you know
Some questions need others to help…
Because they can’t be answered alone
And since we all know different things
It means together we are a smart bunch!

So first Bridget went to a horse named Cracker
Because… Well horses are really smart!
You know without horses carrots would have taken over the world?
I asked one and it told me once…
That’s why they eat them for us!

Excuse me Cracker!” Said bridget, interrupting his important eating,
Cracker looked up, but didn’t say a word
Eating with your mouth full… well…
Its just not a Horse thing to do!

    Bridget Continued
“Cracker the Horse… You are so smart, a super hero of animals
So I need to ask you a question,
Why do Tyrannosaurus Rex to have small arms?
I need you help to answer this”

Cracker swallowed, then being as smart as he was
    Answered pretty quick,
As if he didn’t even need to think,
He just knew! As a horse should

“Well they have small arms… because…
    They ARE PERFECT HAIRDRESSERS!
    Yes… Hairdressers!
When A Tyrannosaurus Rex is standing beside you
Your head reaches right where their arms are.”

Bridget kind of went “Hmm… and then Hummm”
But she needed to gather more answers
    Two more at least!

So she went to the next,
    A Cat named Maow Maow… Yes… A Cat….
    Now Cats are very smart…
But in a very strange way…
    Somehow in all their answers
    The world revolves around them
But there answers still matter… But with the right kind of mind
You have to understand them… Its like another language.

    “Um…. Cat Maow Maow…”
    Said Bridget… interrupting a sleep
The cat gave a yawn “Hmm-Ahhhhh…. Yes?”
Bridget continued… “Well, first, sorry for waking you up
You are a truly noble cat!
You sleep so others don’t have too…
    We all know that”

    I need your help!
Why do Tyrannosaurus Rex to have small arms?
    Its a question I can’t work out
And you sure know a bunch.

    Maow Maow looked at Bridget,
As if the question had an obvious answer.

    “Oh Bridget” Said Maow Maow
    “Its soooooo very obvious…
A Tyrannosaurus Rex has small arms…
So that they can use Yo-Yo’s.
You see, they are very tall
    There arms are very high
This gives them the perfect ability
    To be a professional Yo-yo-er
    And I.. Maow Maow… a Professional Yo-yo chaser.”

Bridget kind of went “Hmm… and then Hummm”
But she needed to gather more answers
    One more at least!

So she went to the next,
    A Dog named Azra,
    Now he.. well
    He was different,
    For he was rather silly…
Always thinking of games to play.

    “Hello Dog Azra,” Said Bridget
Interrupting a game with a ball
Azra lifted his head and put out his tongue,
Sniffing her shoes… because that’s a Dog thing to do.

“Dog Azra… you are super smart
    The silliest I know.
    I need your help with a question…
One I think you can answer.”

Azra said “SURE!!!!” As excitedly as Dogs do
    And Bridget then continued.
“Dog Azram why Tyrannosaurus Rex has small arms
Please help me know this answer”

    Azra tilted his head
    Then answered…
Well.. For once… Seriously and quick!
    “Bridget… Tyrannosaurus Rex has small arms… Because…
    They love to play!
You see they can hold ladders
Then you can slide down their backs upon climbing up!
They small arms are very steady
They are the ultimate playground buddy!”

Bridget kind of went “Hmm… and then Hummm”
    Then she went back home
    Thinking about all these answers
Each different and kind of odd
But at last… She came up with her own
    An unexpected one,
An answer that she encountered THREE times…
    And all her friends helped.

So why do Tyrannosaurus Rex to have small arms?
I bet you are really wondering…
Well Bridget can tell you, she has experience now!
And experience can help you with questions>

Tyrannosaurus Rex to have small arms,
    So people wonder why!
Which makes them go to all their friends
And interrupt with questions that give smiles.
