Today we mourn my computer chair

NB: If anyone knows where I can get a comfy chair to keep on writing and doing the things I do, here in Christchurch. Please let me know. This chair has been a big part of my writing to you over the years. I have no money for a chair so the cheaper the better. Farewell chair
Dearest chair you served me well
You were sat in every day
You saw the writing of so many stories
Poems, emails and messages
You were a hero, its true
You fought discomfort proud
Dearest chair rest well
The next chair will carry on your legacy

Matty is a 36 year old girl who is an Autistic Poet, Writer and Artist and lives alone in Christchurch New Zealand with a kitty! Matty has given many talks on autism and about being unique in a world that's often not accepting, Matty has also engaged with artist and worked on Art projects Matty usually works on an Art project at the same time as a writing one! Poor ol’ chair. It was sat in and leaned in and tucked feet up in and eaten meals in and drunk soda in, all with comfort and stability! Awesome chair. Rest in peace, dear chair 🙂
