Craving Closure

  • NB: Just thinking about all my friends who have vanished these last years… No one in particular. Friendships are one of the hardest things I deal with. Even friendships that ended years ago sit at the top of my mind. Moving on without an end is so difficult. I think that might be the fault of having autism.

    Craving Closure

I often wonder why it is you disappeared
    I wish you said goodbye…
    Its hard wondering like this.

I spend a lot of time thinking
    Wishing and in a dream…

That I could do things over
    Just one more chance again.

    I understand though,
It is how it is, things are how they are…
But closure is such a blessing
And I crave it so, so much.

I guess all I can do
    Is try to move on…
But do know I will always be waiting.
Without an end things just go on and on.

  • Matty, I think we all can relate to how you’re feeling about missing friends without endings. I know I have felt that way many times. <>

  • I really relate to this.

  • Hope things are going well for you! I have moved but only about 25 miles from the city. I moved to farm country. I love it! I feed the horses carrots and the other animals too. It’s so much less stress here in the country! So YaY! Take care! Have a good life! 😀

  • We meet a lot of people and sometimes we forget to keep in touch.
    Time moves by so quickly.
We have to all slow down and take the time to remember all our friends.
