The Grumpy

  • NB: We all have these days!

    The Grumpy

    I am grumpy
    Today I’m not me
    I go Grrrrrrrrr!!!
    And I stomp my feet

    I hit my pillow
    My eyes cry
    Everything is wrong
    Nothing is right

I say things I don’t mean as well
    Like “GO AWAY”
    And “LEAVE ME ALONE!”

    But I don’t mean them
Its just the grumpy in me.
    I want it to go
    But it just won’t leave

    But then I remember
    What I was told
I put my hands on my belly
    I breathe really slow

I get a piece of paper
    I scribble it out
And at last I feel better
    I got the grumpy out!

Sometimes it’s ok to be grumpy and it’s good you know how to feel better. 🙂

  • You’re so amazing. Lots of people don’t know how to deal with their grumpy! Good for you! And, thank you for sharing!

  • Scribbling it out, I love that idea 🙂
