The Party

  • NB: A little poem about the recent party people had with me.

    The Party

I look into the room of people
Are they really here for me?
    I don’t know if I deserve this…
As I walk I wait for the worst.

They all stop to look at me,
I am the center of the room.
I feel truly loved and cared about,
As people greet me with a smile.

How did I become so blessed?
I will wonder this for the rest of my days
    I really know incredible people…
And I am just glad there in my life.
