Scientific Shaky City Ponderings!
-
Long-Nose the Purple (An Elephant that lives in The Kingdom of Bedroom) has been influenced by a person called Kate who is becoming a Dr (Of something) and of course Dr Captain Pirate Lucia and has decided to open up a University with the seal of the Kingdom of Bedrooms Ruler, Princess Nom Nom Booksitting Bagsleeping Fattycat Swishytail the first, called The Great Chest of Draws University!
With its opening it has also announced that is commissioning I, Matty of MattyLand to do some in depth Scientific Ponderings and produce a very well thought out Research Poem on what are the possible causes of this very shaky land we live in.
(We learned from Lucia that scientific papers take ages and are boring so Chest of Draws University is a great promoter of research poems)
Here are the findings. (If you spot mistakes let me know so I can fix them 🙂 )
Scientific Shaky City Ponderings!
I have come to a conclusion
Though many ponderings and thought
That this shaky land I live in
Is due to multiple different causes.Number one of course
Is the current war.
The one between the Seagulls and the ducks
It began over sandwhich scraps,
At the cathedral forecourt.
But it started with an earthquack
A quack of all quacks
One that was so mighty…
Well you know the rest. The second is the fact
That we live on a giant dragons egg
When the baby dragon kicks, our world shakes,
When it grumbles our ear drums rumble
When it breaths fire volcanos euprt
And lique faction…
Well thats when it sneezes of course (EWW SNOT)The third one is hard to speak about
Because its something so terrifying…
It chills you to my bones…
It stops you’re heart in its tracks
Of course what I am talking about
Is the hopaclypse of course
The day the easter bunny comes
And stomps and stumbles all over the world. And with these three events together
Combined with a Dinosaur or two
Plus of course the visiting 500 foot Catzilla
Who likes to sniff buildings for food
(My lego people can testify to this creature)Its so easy to understand
Just how this land became so chewed
And so this is my scientific pondered findings…
I hope you put them to good use.

wonderful poem as usual matty – thanks 🙂
small spelling mistake at the top in this bit…

Chets should maybe be Chest?
Thank you 🙂 I fixed it now !
