Art to be exhibited at the Autism New Zealand National Conference!
Hello wonderifical super dupers bestest amazing people in the whole world ever! SO! As some of you know, I have been busy working and planning a secret project lately! Well now I can finally share it all with you!
Autism New Zealand has kindly invited me to paint something for them, to be exhibited at their National Conference in September. Sadly it won’t be open to the public but I will post some photos of what I paint so you can all take a look on here anyway. I will also send up some poems to be exhibited also.
The painting and poems will be for sale at the conference, with some of the proceeds of the sale going to Autism New Zealand! I know some of you have tried to buy some paintings from me in the past, I am really sorry that I haven’t given you the opportunity as of yet If you are attending the Autism New Zealand National Conference, then this will be your chance to grab some original art of mine!
I am proud, honoured and very excited to be given the opportunity to support Autism New Zealand in this way!
Now I just hope I can paint something they will like!
Autism New Zealand Inc. provides support, training, advocacy, resources and information on Autism Spectrum disorders including Aspergers Syndrome. Their members include children, young adults and adults on the autism spectrum; their family/whanau; caregivers; and professionals who work within this field.

About The Author
Matty is a 36 year old girl who is an Autistic Poet, Writer and Artist and lives alone in Christchurch New Zealand with a kitty! Matty has given many talks on autism and about being unique in a world that's often not accepting, Matty has also engaged with artist and worked on Art projects Matty usually works on an Art project at the same time as a writing one! This means posts can be a bit delayed!
