I am safe and well from the Earthquakes (Authors note)

  • As my country faces earthquakes once again, I find myself having to find that resolve I had in 2011 earthquakes to keep going through the anxiety, fear and worry.

I hope that all of you struggling, crying, scared, worried and facing uncertainty, devastation and loss can also find that resolve. However if not, please know you can lean on others for strength also. Please remain strong. Know that despite the horror before you now, it will not be that way forever.

You are all in my prayers, all close to my heart and if there anything that I could do, please feel free to ask

As for myself I am tired, sleep is up and down, the water in my taps taste funny, and I have sure used up a lot of phone credit! but I am okay. I even got out of the house going to my usual Dance group and spent some time at the neighbours house. I enjoyed that.

    With love
