The crossroad (Poem) (I am in some deep thinking)

  • The crossroad

I find myself at a crossroad
And so for this moment my journey is stalled
A decision has to be made…
    Which way should I go?
    Left? Right? Ahead?

    One thing is certain though,
Each way will ache my heart…
So my future will surely have sorrow…
That makes this so incredibly hard.

I wonder if I could stand still right here…
    Is waiting an option?
Is living at this crossroad possible?
    Would time cease?

    I hope I can do this…
Make a decision of this size…
Each choice leads to a different destiny…
And the unknown is surely terrifying.

Hugs. Whatever choice you make, even though there will be pain involved with not taking the other choices, I hope there are lots of rainbows and sunshine and joy in the choice you make! Hugs!

  • Sometimes going forward is more important than being particular of the way.
There might be a little sorrow on the way, but usually good things and new things.
    Find your way.
