To love is to give a part of you
A small piece of your soul
A piece that will last forever,
Unconditional and warm.Carried by who you have chosen
Even after you have long since passed,
Like a personal treasure valuable,
So very close to their heartThen when they love
Part of you will be pass through them
To whoever it is that they have chosen
Forever travelling.It will journey down through the ages,
Just as it has always done,
And you yourself who have been loved
Are just another link in a chain unbroken.A chain that will forever flow
