NB: I just woke up about 40 minutes ago, and this has been going through my head for about 15 minutes, I thought I better write it before I forget it! I think my kitty wrote it cause I began saying it to her when she and I were meowing at each other (part of the morning routine)Â -Â Its a great way to wake up!
You and I!
I have a feeling that you and I
That we will be friends for a very long time
A thousand years or even two,
Friends we will stay and always remain,
Through hardships, fights and any pain…Me and you,
You and I.Together we will go
Where we never thought,
We will go through deserts
Up mountains
Through forests…Me and you,
You and I.We will bring each other
Joy when we’re sad
Happiness and love won’t be just a dream,
Even if we’re so different,
I really know,
That you’re the only one who can get me at all,Me and you
You and I
Its just one of those things,
That’s stronger than love
A bond that binds us
Something no one will understand… but us
But I know you do and that’s enough,Me and you,
You and I.And when the time comes
That one of must go,
I know a day won’t go by
Without one of us thinking about the other…
Because of that I can enjoy the time we have,
Cause not being forgotten is something not many have,Me and you,
