I want a friend

  • NB: I have spent the last few days researching on how to make a friend. I have some friends, and I like those friends very much. But they seem to always be busy on the weekends, and so my weekends are the loneliest days of the week. From Friday to Sunday all I see is my care-workers…

Also with the earthquakes many friends I did have moved away, and many more became busy or have gone on holidays.

I wish things would stay the same.

    I want a friend

I want someone to say hello to me
Someone to spend some time with me
A person to hug me when I’m sad and lonely
    I want a friend

I want someone who I can share with
    Someone to give presents to
A person who will enjoy me
    I want a friend

I want someone who won’t forget me
Someone who will think of me
A person who wants see me
    I want a friend

I want someone who will make time for me
    Someone who will accept me
A person to talk to me
    I want a friend…

    I want a friend.

((((Hug)))) . Hopefully I can win Lotto, give up work and be free on weekends ;).

  • MAtty you’ve touched some many people that I think it’s safe to say your life will always be full of love and long lasting friendships. I know I may never meet you in person, I hope one day I will, but I find comfort in knowing you are one of the kindest friends I have.
