A trip to Castle Hospital

  • NB: Not my best story ! :)! But its true! This is how my Surgery went and I should say that everything worked out great! I had a checkup and they said things went well. I haven’t written much lately but its been a busy time for me. I promise to write more soon! Plus! I am working on something really cool! I hope I can share that with you all soon.

    A Trip to Castle Hospital

    In the Kingdom of Bedroom
    A Princess Kitty Cat spoke
    To Matty of Mattyland
    About how scary surgery was.

    She had hurt her leg
While fighting a dragon of some sort
    Well a Dragon Possum…
    Possibly a Dog.

    She told Matty about needles
    Scary monsters and and gloves
    She spoke about falling asleep
And waking up in a strange spot.

And Matty who’s turn it was
    To now have surgery…
    Began to get nervous,
    Scared… and worried.

    And as the time came
To finally leave to Kingdom of Bedroom
    To great Castle Hospital…
    Where surgery was waiting
    Matty made a decision
That going alone was not allowed
    And requested a royal guard
So Miss Love-a-lot Squeaky Paw Puppy followed

And as Matty reached Castle Hospital
The scariness was showing straight away
It was full of lights, lots of people…
And noises so strange in every direction

Matty held onto Miss Love-a-lot Squeaky Paw Puppy
And together they were guided to the right place to go
Matty tried to be so brave…
    But it was getting harder…

When they reached a strange room
There were pieces of papers that needed answers
Miss Love-a-lot Squeaky Paw Puppy answered all of them…
    So Matty didn’t have to.

From there Matty had to dress into a gown..
    It was very apparent
    This was going way differently…
To how Princess Nom Nom had her surgery done!

Matty then had to lay on a bed,
Miss Love-a-lot Squeaky Paw Puppy stayed very near
They were wheeled through chambers and corridors of castle hostpital
Till reaching a room… with funny dressed people.

They put a needle in Mattys left hand
Then a mask on Matty and said to breathe deep
Miss Love-a-lot Squeaky Paw Puppy cuddled close
And as she did Matty drifted to sleep!

When waking Matty was in a strange spot
All Princess Nom Nom said had come true
Though there wasn’t any sight of gloves
So Princess Nom Nom was a little wrong at least

But despite this Surgery wasn’t to bad
Miss Love-a-lot Squeaky Paw Puppy helped a bunch
It was a little scary and a little bit strange,
But that was mostly due to Castle hospital
Being one big giant busy place.

So if you ever have surgery…
Know that it can be scary,
But take a friend who is brave!
And know things will turn out okay!

Also don’t talk to bossy Kitty Princesses
    Right before you go
They make things sound a lot more scarier
    Than they really are!

Hospitals are scary places huh with all the noise, lights and busyness huh. That Miss love a lot did a great job. Like the story Matty and hmm Princess Nom Nom doesn’t know everything about surgery after all hehe. 🙂

  • excellent, and how exciting that you are going to have news you can share with us sometime. Take care and look after yourself and your friends in Mattyland.

  • Wow, thats an awesome story, something like that would be awesome for little kids to hear before having surgery too, make it seem a little less scary maybe 🙂 You are very talented Matty.
