I’m thinking of a number (Children’s poem)

  • NB: My favourite number in the world…. hehe hope you like my silly poem

    I’m thinking of a number (Children’s poem)

    I’m thinking of a number
    A number that is neat
I bet you cannot guess it
Its a number that is great!

    Its very hard to add,
    Even harder to divide!
You cannot use it to subtract
    Or even multiply

It cannot fit inside a fraction
    And it has no percent
    This number is so amazing
    Its beyond all known words

Now I guess you want to know
    What number is this grand?
Well the number I am thinking of
Is of course the number Fish

So of course now your wondering
    What is a number fish?
Well that answer is quite easy
    Please now follow these steps

    First you get 2
    Then you get another
    But one is kept backwards
    Then you add them together,

    Put them over each other
    Exactly how they are
    A 2 and then another
    Overlapping is your answer

    What you are left with
    After that equation
Is what is the best number there is,
    My favourite number Fish!
