The first pages of a fantasy adventure – Codename: A tale from the wind.

NB: I sat down to write Autism and Me part 4… instead I wrote the start to some strange untitled fantasy adventure… So… I’m posting what I wrote so far. Kind of as a sorry for not writing what I was suppose to.
-UNTITLED STORY- CODENAME: A tale from the wind
Some people say that when the trees sway… and the wind howls during a quiet day… that you can hear something amazing… something incredible… something great!
That you can hear the words from stories… tales of adventures… about ships and castles… princesses and heroes.
Well I am here to tell you… that yes… its true! The trees speak whispers, we are just to loud to hear.
But there are a few of us that can… if we can manage to be quiet… and on a silent day where no birds chirp… no dogs bark… and no people speak… they can shut their eyes and twitch their ears… and if they… if you! listen just enough… you will hear what the trees are saying…
You will hear their stories… their tales of adventures… You will hear about those ships… those tales of adventures… you will hear about those princesses and of course those heroes! And if on the right day… at the right time… you were listening, you will hear this story… this tale… this adventure.
– Part 1 –
It all began high in the sky… The clouds were thick and grey and rain was flooding down. The wind was blowing… howling with scream, lightening was flashing as the thunder roared loudly… It sounded as if a dragon was near… something that sent shivers down the spine, and perhaps there was one out about… but on this day you just couldn’t tell.Yet… where no human should dare ever be… The flying ship, The great Windrider, ruler of the skies! Spoken of in whispers, as the most magnificient there was… captained by Sir Wildstar, a man feared by any daring adventurer… was right there in middle, creaking and croaking… shaking in the wind… trying to hold steady
The men on deck were scrambling, from left to right… right to left, many were slipping over, or being blown right to the sides… a few of the unlucky… had even been pushed right off.
“WE WILL GO DOWN CAPTAIN IF WE KEEP TRYING TO RIDE THIS WAVE!”
Came a shout from one of the men on deck, to the feared Captain Wildstar who was behind the Great Windrider’s steering. Captain Wildstar looked around, things were definitelynot going well… and he was about to shout some orders… When the worst happened…
The main left ore-wing began to speak… a last goodbye some sailors would say and then in one loud snap… the metal that hugged it tightly, let go with a crack! Then… the wing began to fall, deep down into the darkness, to whatever lay below… which in a storm like this, could be anything, it went where eyes could not go.
The Captain eyes grew wide, his breathing grew fast and heavy… but he quickly shook his head… he had to stay focused… He was the much feared Captain Wildstar, of the Great Windrider… he had many people depending on him… many people relying on his word.
“RELEASE THE LANDING SAILS!”
Shouted Captain Wildstar to the crew… And as he did his crew began the cilmb, what seemed like jungle of masts and ropes… many connecting to the great floating balloons which carried the ship. They had to get the left landing sail out… before… It was already to late.
The Great Windrider began to steer a hard left and the crew were thrown straight to the ground, the wind was to powerful and the rain to much, there was just no way they could get up in time.
Then… the ship began to spin, round and round it began to go, faster and faster! The crew were hanging on to anything they could grab, even the much feared Captain Wildstar, clung to the steering as he tried to get the right wing-ore to come in.
But there was nothing he could do, nothing anyone could do… this was now in the hands of a higher power, all they could do was hang on…. The ship just kept going though, the crew getting dizzy and nautious… and fear had crawled into their bodies… and hope began to fade… the whispered words to themselves, some of regret and some of peace… but then… as they did… something strange began to happen, something that could not be explained.
The sky overhead glowed a blue, the blue of lightening… but this… this blue wasn’t moving… nothing was moving, everything had become still. No one is exactly sure what it truly was… or what it was that was happening at all, but as the sky overhead shone brightly… something began falling to the deck from up high, falling with a very loud scream.
“AHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!”
The crew was silent, they began to stand upright… confused, scared yet relieved by the stillness… they looked up at this falling ‘thing’ even Captain Wildstar’s heart was racing in anticipation, unsure of what was going to happen next.
The screaming got closer… and crew of the Windrider began to gulp, as the falling ‘thing’ hit the main floater, the main balloon that held the ship… Captain Wildstar breathed in, holding his breath…“Don’t blow…”
He kept saying in his head… hoping that the floater would hold, the ‘thing’ sunk in to it… and the crew were feeling the same… waiting… hoping… and then to all of their relief… it held!
The ‘thing’ slowly came out, the floater had been designed to slowly expand when pressure was pushed into it, it was tough… strong and as the ‘thing’ came out it slowly slid to a smaller balloon, a smaller floater… then another… till finally hitting the deck with a “THUD”
