Today was such a wonderful day (Poem!)

    NB: I spoke to a little friend about preschool and we made this neat poem, just a neat day of play!! :) 

    Today was such a wonderful day!

    Today was such a wonderful day
    Amazing in just every way
    I did so many incredible things
    More than you could ever dream!

    I drove trucks through the desert sand
    Delivering rocks to a hole so big

    I walked a plank of a pirate ship
    While balancing on just one leg

    I chased a fairy around some trees
    We shouted tag and catch

    Oh… Can’t forget about lunch it was very neat
    Cheese and crackers of course

    I ate with an elephant, a rhino and sheep
    Of course my fairy friend was there as well

    Then I napped, a great big nap
    Waking up just in time…

    To throw a ball as high as the sun
    Just so it would say hi.

    Today was such a wonderful day
    Amazing in just every way
    I did so many incredible things
    I can’t wait till tomorrow for more the same!
