Not Fair!! (Childrens Poem)

  • NB: Its not Fair! (A poem for children to think about and give an answer!! Why can’t Matty Angel have a pet unicorn?!)

    Not Fair!

    Its not fair!
    Not fair at all!
    I really want a pet unicorn!
    I would name them PrettyStorm
    It would be my bestest best friend for sure!

    I told them Stormy could share my food
    I told them Stormy could share my room
    I would take Stormy out each afternoon
    It could even come with me to school
    And have a sleep on my bed for sure

    But I’m told no
    No, No, No
    You can’t have a pet unicorn
    I don’t get it…
    Do you know why?

    Please explain so I don’t cry…

    I love your poems Matty and I think I know why they tell you “No!” It’s because there’s something very special about the unicorn’s poop and why it looks like rainbows too.

    ‘cos imagine how worried the unicorns would be if you gathered those rainbow droppings, closed your eyes, wished hard and made MAGIC like one, two, three…
