Sleek, Slender, and sly,
The kitty cat slinks by
She rubs her head upon my leg
As she purrs loudly with a look of intent
She lets out a sweet little “mmrrowww”
As she circles around me one more time
I stand up so slowly, I don’t say a word
As she rushes to the bowl to tell me…
IT IS TIME FOR FOOD!
