Wednesday Art Adventures! – Ink Doodles I drew in a moving Van!

  • Hello everyone!

I have been promising these for a few days and I apologize for taking as long as I have to post them. What I am posting is 3 ink doodles, I drew these last Wednesday while on a Van to and around and on the way back from Akaroa. Akaroa is a small town just out of my city of Christchurch.

It was a very bumpy ride! So you maybe able to see some mistakes in a few of the lines, they were drawn straight with an ink pen, no sketching! I hope that you all enjoy them!

First is a drawing I drew of a view of Childrens Bay, from Jubilee Park, in the distance is Dalys Wharf, (I may have the locations wrong! But this is what I remember)

Second is a view from the bench I was sitting on, on our quick stop at Ōnuku Marae (Maori meeting house)

And lastly is a drawing of a flower I saw growing through some flax, for some reason it made me smile.

I love you landscape doodles, and the flower, too! It’s so great to see you drawing in new ways. Looks good!
