Worry and words. (Poem, please read)
Lately I find myself awake at night worrying about the world,
Problems so big there is so little I can do…
I begin imagining having super powers,
Or making a difference with my words
Or was amazingly confronted with a Genie who says “3 wishes are yours”
But…
I don’t know, I guess the words thing is all I got…If only I knew how to use them somehow to change the world for good.
The television says things are pretty grim you know…
And people I know have cried about things beyond there control.
I just hope in the end everything will be alright,
So here are some words that I hope can help.In the darkest of days
In the quietest of nights
One Whisper of hope, One spark of joy
Will be louder and brighter than ever before.Just make sure to look for it
It may be where you don’t expect…
Smaller than where your eyes can see
Quieter than your ears can hear…
But it will come,And when it does hold on to it…
Grasp it with all you have…
Because those little whispers and little sparks…
Are what can make a better tomorrow.

Beautiful poem. I’ll try to remember your words.
Very true Matty!
I’m touched by how your words relates to certain people including myself. I woke up with the same feeling every morning, how to make the world a better place to live in. I imagine myself having powers to reset time and do what I could. But know this, you are not alone.
I really respect how you let out what you feel through your poems. I wish to see you write more, cause I find you really unique. Don’t let anything stops you from writing, I do believe that everything goods to come will take time. Hope you don’t stop in holding that hope to make a better tomorrow.
Much love.
Hugs and hugs, sweety. That’s lovely.
