  • NB: Written on Mothers Day for special people in my life. – To those reading this who know its for them. I love you. 

    Thank you – Now and every day.

    You may not have birthed me
    But you raised me just the same
    Without you I would not be me
    Without you… Well I may be lost.

    You taught me manners,
    You taught me love,
    You taught me value in myself

    You showed me there was more to life,
    Than just living in fear and in the dark.

    You helped me learn what was right and wrong
    And I know that was tough

    I owe you more than these words can say
    Than any treasure could ever pay

    So I know these words are not enough
    But thank you…
    Thank you
    Now and every day.
