I hold it all

  • Within my body
    I hold it all
    Years of sorrow
    In my tightened muscles,
    My eyes hurt
    They saw far to much
    And my head aches always,
    From remembering it all…

From reading the title I would have thought that “holding it all” would put you on top of the world. Yes, there is possessing everything, in which case you’re in charge. But there is also holding onto stuff that you don’t need. There are people that hang onto things that clutter up their houses and there are people that hold onto things that clutter up their minds. Every day is a new one and you’re in charge. You just have to drop the things that are doing you no good.

What about showing us some of your cooking or artwork? Are you keeping busy doing something? What about music? I mean playing.

    Hugs
